I am swooning with joy, excitement + gratitude to announce the official opening of my holistic health + wellness practice! For all of my life, I have been deeply connected with nature ~ from the nurturing and restorative vitality of land, sea, sunlight, plants, soil, trees + the moon, to eating whole, real food grown + raised by true stewards of the Earth. I am motivated by the desire to live with aligned soul purpose, to create a deep connection with my food, and build an authentic life with community, abundance + beauty. I created this practice with the intention to connect with beautiful humans who want their own lives to flow in a way that truly nourishes them.
